Terms
These are the rules for using StashLog. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
21 and over, where it's legal
You must be 21 or older to use StashLog, and only use it where buying and using cannabis is legal for you. You're responsible for knowing and following your local law. StashLog doesn't sell, deliver or arrange the sale of anything.
Not medical advice
StashLog is a journal. Ratings, terpene breakdowns, Stashy's suggestions and anything a friend posts are opinions and records, not medical advice. Lab numbers come from labels, menus and certificates we don't control and can be wrong. Talk to a doctor about anything health-related, and don't drive or operate anything impaired.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your email secure — it's how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
What you log, photograph and write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it (including sending it to our AI provider to answer your questions or read your labels) and show it to the people your visibility settings allow — only as needed to run StashLog. Don't post anything you don't have the right to post, anything illegal, anyone's private information, or anything that harasses, threatens or sexualises anyone. No selling or soliciting sales of cannabis through StashLog, including in messages.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
StashLog has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- No harassment, threats, hate or bullying.
- No sexual content, and nothing involving anyone under 21.
- No selling or advertising, of cannabis or anything else.
- No spam, and no pretending to be someone you're not.
Anything that breaks these comes down, and accounts that keep breaking them are removed. Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours.
Tap ⋮ on any post, comment, story, message or profile to report it or to block the person.
What "comes down" means: a comment, a message or a story is deleted; a jar, a session or a piece is made private, so only the person who logged it can see it; and the person who posted it gets a warning in the app. An account that keeps breaking these rules, or breaks them badly once, is removed, along with everything in it. Blocking someone stops contact both ways: no messages, no friend requests, and neither of you sees the other's posts, stories or comments.
Stashy and the label reader
AI answers can be wrong. Check a label read before you save it, and treat Stashy's picks as a friend's suggestion, not a guarantee of what's on a shelf or what it'll do for you.
Free and Pro
Free accounts get 10 label reads a calendar month and 3 Stashy questions a rolling week; a read that finds nothing doesn't count. Pro removes those limits. Pro is planned at $4.99/month or $39/year; until checkout exists it's granted by request. We may change the allowance or the price, and will say so in the app before a change affects you.
Brand names and logos
Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify products. A brand that wants its logo removed can ask through Contact below.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time in Settings, or start from the account deletion page, which says exactly what goes. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk, and may end the service; if we do, we'll give you time to export your data where we reasonably can.
No warranty
StashLog is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, go down, or lose data — export what matters to you. To the extent the law allows, StashLog isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and the app tells you. Using StashLog after that means you accept the new terms.
