Delete your StashLog account
You can delete your StashLog account at any time. It removes the account and everything in it, and it can't be undone.
Delete it now
- Open StashLog with the button below and sign in with the email address on the account.
- You land on Settings › Danger zone, already open.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.
Most accounts are gone at once. If a step fails part-way, the account is locked straight away and the rest finishes within a day — the app tells you which happened.
Want a copy first? In the app, Settings › Your data downloads everything as a file.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, email address and settings
- Every jar, session, rating, note and tag you logged, and your want list
- Every photo and video, including stories, session photos and your avatar
- Your messages, comments, likes, story views and session ratings
- Your friendships, invites, blocks and followed stores
- Your Stashy conversations, your pieces and your comparisons
- The push notification subscriptions on your devices
What is kept
- Menu and label-read counters (which store menus were read, how long a read took) stay as anonymous rows, with the link to your account removed.
- Reports you sent, or that were made about something you posted, stay for moderation history, with the link to your account removed.
- Copies inside our database backups expire on the backup schedule and are never restored into the app.
Can't sign in?
Sign-in is by a code emailed to you, so access to that inbox is all it takes. If you've lost it, write to support@stashlog.com from any address and say which email address the account used; we confirm it's yours before anything is deleted.
