StashLog for dispensaries
StashLog is a cannabis journal: people log what they pick up, rate how it hit, and the app tells them what to reach for next from their own ratings and the terpene panel behind each batch.
A verified menu is your own menu, read with your permission, exactly as you publish it. You switch it on through the menu platform you already use, and nothing about how you run the store changes.
What a verified menu gets you
- The only badge on your StashLog dispensary page. We publish a page for 9,256 licensed dispensaries across 18 states, built from each state's public licence list. A verified menu is the one thing that sets a page apart.
- Your live shelf, inside the app. What is in stock, the batch, and the lab numbers you publish, as your menu has them rather than as a catalogue guesses them, shown in the app to members 21 and over by date of birth, with prices where your state's rules and your settings allow. Your public page carries the badge and the link to your menu.
- Recommendations and restock alerts that link straight to the product on your menu page. When someone's own ratings point at a jar you carry, or a strain they rated highly is back on your shelf, the link goes to your menu and nobody else's.
- Your lab panels, put to the use people have for them. Each batch's terpene panel is lined up against the batches that person has already rated, so the sheet you publish becomes the reason to pick one jar over another.
- Later, an aggregate read on which of your batches your regulars rate highly. Counts and averages across many people, never one person's ratings.
What it costs you
Nothing, and no work. We ask for read-only access to your menu, which you grant through your own platform. If you ever want it off, pause it from your dashboard or send us a message, and it is down within 24 hours.
- Buddy. Ask your Buddy rep for a store-scoped, read-only key for StashLog. Buddy's API scopes a token to each integration; for StashLog that is your store's catalogue and inventory, read-only.
- Dutchie. Ask your Dutchie account manager for a read-only API key for StashLog. Dutchie issues integration keys at the retailer's request, one per partner and limited to the permissions you approve. Our partner application is in review.
- Jane. Ask your Jane account rep for a store-scoped, read-only key for StashLog. Jane issues partner credentials from its side; your request is what names your store.
- Sweed. Ask your Sweed account manager for a read-only storefront API key for StashLog. Sweed's storefront data carries the per-batch terpene panel and the certificate, which is the part people come for.
If StashLog already reads your public menu, you need no key at all: a yes from you makes that read official, and your page is marked verified. On a platform not listed here, write anyway; most menu platforms issue read-only keys at a retailer's request.
What we never do
- No transactions. StashLog takes no payment for anything on your shelf, holds no stock and never stands between you and the person at your counter. Every product link goes to your own menu page.
- No resale or redistribution of your data. Your menu feeds your shelf in the app and the recommendations of the members looking at it, and nowhere else. Your public page carries the badge and the link to your menu, not the menu itself.
- No showing one person's data to another. A person's log is private until they share it. Anything we show you is counted across many people, never one.
- No model making up numbers. Every price, potency and terpene figure is the one your menu or your lab sheet published. When a number is missing, we say it is missing.
Claim your store
Tell us the store, the city and the platform your menu runs on. A person writes back, sets the read up with you, and marks your page verified once your menu comes through.
Or write to support@stashlog.com with the subject “Verified menu for [store]”.
Questions
Is this a marketplace?
No. StashLog is a journal. Nothing on your shelf is paid for through it, and every product link goes to your own menu page.
Do you take a cut?
No. A verified menu costs nothing, and we take nothing from anything it links to.
Who else reads my menu today?
Whoever reads what your platform publishes publicly. That can include StashLog already, when someone asks Stashy what is on your shelf. This makes it official and exact: read with your permission, through your platform's own door, with nothing guessed.
What exactly do you read?
Products, prices, stock and the lab fields your menu publishes. We never ask for customer, sales or staff data.
What about my state's advertising rules?
Every screen that shows your shelf carries your state's warnings. Prices are off by default in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Florida until your store says otherwise, and in any state you can hide prices, THC or images, or pause the whole thing. Ask for anything to come down and it is gone within 24 hours. Product names and images appear exactly as your menu supplies them, and your listings carry no health or effect words. For your compliance team there is a one-page summary, state by state, with the rules each default answers: ask for it when you claim your store.
